Changes to our Management Structure


At Coastway Surveys, our business is expanding and growing all the time. In keeping with our dynamic nature, our management structure has adapted to meet the needs of our growing business. Enda Nolan takes on the position of Business Development Director and Marion English moves into the role of Managing Director. Paul Moir joins the company as our Operations Director.

These management roles ensure that senior personnel have the best opportunity to use their individual expertise, strength and skills to drive the business forward, capitalise on our rate of growth and implement the Company’s long term strategy.


Marion English – Managing Director

Marion is a Certified Public Accountant who holds a Masters in European & Business Law and has spent the last 18 years working in the Civil Engineering Consultancy sector.  Having recently  moved into the role of Managing Director of Coastway Surveys Ltd her role is to control and oversee all business operations, people and ventures of the company. She will be responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s business strategies and will prepare and implement a comprehensive business plan to ensure the business goals are met. She will oversee the company’s financial performance and other business ventures and will ensure the company fulfils its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic guidelines.

Enda Nolan – Business Development Director

As the founding member of Coastway Surveys Enda has held the position of Managing Director since 1999. Having recently moved into the role of Business Development Director, Enda will now manage all client relationships and will work closely with clients to ensure that Coastway Surveys remain their preferred supplier through our ethos of technical excellence and quality assurance.

Enda will also use his engineering expertise and business acumen to identify expansion opportunities for Coastway Surveys as our service offering continues to develop and diversify. He will identify opportunities to partner with suppliers to ensure that Coastway Surveys remains at the forefront of technical innovation and expertise and he will inform current and potential partners about key business developments.

Paul Moir – Operations Director

Paul joined Coastway Surveys earlier this year and is our newly appointed Operations Director. He is responsible for ensuring Coastway Surveys adopts best practice in all areas of its work and complies with all relevant authorities and requirements.

Paul is responsible for ensuring that financial and other agreed targets are met, that projects are delivered on time, within budget and that clients are satisfied. He is also responsible for arranging staff training and for reviewing equipment needs. Paul comes from a diverse surveying, engineering, mining and business background. He is a native of Western Australia and has worked extensively in international environments.
